Roosenhorst, Voorschoten

More than just a residential area, Roosenhorst in Voorschoten is a landscape where people live. The 41 homes in the new neighborhood are divided into four 'rooms,' each with its own distinct architecture and design. These four areas reflect and restore the surrounding historical landscape and its buildings. The housing types include detached houses in a ribbon, farmhouses with two or three homes under one roof, standalone villas, and a manor house with apartments. The outdoor spaces between the homes are collectively used and managed by the residents, with an emphasis on connecting people.
